Durch das Praktizieren der Sadhana bringen wir Regelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit und Disziplin in unser Leben. Gem\u00e4\u00df der alten Schriften w\u00e4re es ideal zweieinhalb Stunden t\u00e4glich dh.10% des Tages (von 24 Stunden) seiner spirituellen Praxis zu widmen. Die beste Zeit f\u00fcr Sadhana sind die ambrosischen Stunden dh. die fr\u00fchen Morgenstunden zwischen 3:00 und 7:00 Uhr, da zu dieser Zeit der Mensch am aufnahmef\u00e4higsten f\u00fcr das Prana ist. <\/p>\n<p>Sadhana praktiziert man im Idealfall in einer Gruppe, da Gruppenenergie viel st\u00e4rker ist, aber wenn sich keine M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, sich einer Gruppensadhana anzuschlie\u00dfen, kann man Sadhana auch individuell praktizieren.<\/p>\n<p>Oft kann die empfohlene optimale Zeitdauer von zweieinhalb Stunden t\u00e4glich nicht eingehalten werden, trotzdem sollte sich Yoga oder Meditation t\u00e4glich auf dem Stundenplan befinden. Jeder kann f\u00fcr sich selbst einsch\u00e4tzen wieviel Zeit er\/sie t\u00e4glich f\u00fcr Sadhana einr\u00e4umen kann, aber um positive Ver\u00e4nderungen ins Leben zu rufen, sollte man Disziplin und Regelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit in seinen Alltag bringen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Wassermannzeitalter gab Yogi Bhajan bestimmte Anweisungen f\u00fcr Gruppensadhana bzw. die <em><strong>Aquarian Sadhana<\/strong>,<\/em> die das Rezitieren des <em><strong>Japji<\/strong><\/em>, das Praktizieren einer Kriya, sowie das einst\u00fcndige Chanten einer bestimmten Reihenfolge von Mantren mit einschlie\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Sadhanas k\u00f6nnen alle kostenlos mitmachen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sadhana ist die t\u00e4gliche spirituelle Praxis, die aus Yoga und Meditation besteht.
