Prema starim spisima idealno je dnevno odvojiti dva i pol sata, tj. 10% svoga vremena (od 24 sata) za duhovnu praksu. Najbolje vrijeme za sadhanu su ambrozijski sati, ujutro izme\u0111u 3:00 i 7:00 sati kada su energije unutar magnetskog polja Zemlje naj\u010di\u0161\u0107e, a \u010dovjek je posebno otvoren za primanje <em>Prane<\/em>. Najbolje je sadhanu prakticirati u grupi, jer je energija grupe puno ja\u010da, ali ako ne postoji mogu\u0107nost odlaska na grupne sadhane, preporu\u010dljivo je prakticirati sadhanu i individualno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cesto nam nije mogu\u0107e pridr\u017eavati se optimalnog vremenskog okvira od preporu\u010denih dva i pol sata dnevno, no, va\u017eno je u svoj \u017eivot unijeti redovnu praksu ili yoge ili kratke meditacije. Svaka osoba prema svojim mogu\u0107nostima procjenjuje koliko vremena dnevno mo\u017ee odvojiti za sadhanu, ali da bismo unijeli pozitivne promjene u svoj \u017eivot potrebno je unijeti redovitost i disciplinu u svoju svakodnevicu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za razdoblje prijelaza u doba Vodenjaka Yogi Bhajan dao je upute za grupnu sadhanu tzv. <em>Aquarian Sadhana<\/em> koja se sastoji od recitacije Japjija, prakticiranjem slijeda vje\u017ebi Kundalini yoge (kriye), te recitiranjem odre\u0111enog slijeda sedam razli\u010ditih mantri u trajanju od 60 minuta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sudjelovanje u jutarnjoj sadhani po tradiciji se <strong>ne napla\u0107uje<\/strong> i svi su dobrodo\u0161li.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sadhana je svakodnevna duhovna praksa koja se sastoji od yoge i meditacije.
